Shipping & Rates:

BabyTiki ships to addresses in the 50 States, U.S. Territories, and US military installations. Shipments within the 48 contiguous states, AK, HI, U.S. Territories and U.S. military installations may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. USPS is our primary shipper but Baby Tiki may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will always ship via U.S. Mail.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship to the US only currently.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated from current USPS shipping rates.

Please allow 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for USPS Mail Parcel Post and FedEx or UPS Ground delivery.

Recycled Packaging
In keeping with our commitment to do our part in cleaning up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material.

Returns & Exchanges

Baby Tiki is committed to customer satisfaction and keeping our prices low every day, and our return policy reflects this commitment. Baby Tiki allows returns and issues refunds within 30 days of purchase from babytiki.com website based on the original form of payment: The item must be in original packaging for returns and include all original parts in unused condition.
